I haf been having the runs. It seems dat whatever I take in, sth else comes out soon after. Took half a day MC n came back to rest.

Baobao wld be gg to the States soon. Maybe I m not as xiao sa as I tot I wld be. Esp after the BKK trip, I realli feel veri she bu de. What wld I do when Baobao is in US? What did Baobao do when I was in US? Suddenly all these questions came to mind. A few weeks back, I was the one who encouraged him to go. At dat time, I realli felt if he dint go, I wldnt feel happy as I knew it wld always be a regret to him n dat it was the right thing to do. Now dat its realli drawing near, it appears dat I m not taking it as well as I wan myself to. Hmmm. I guess dat was how Baobao felt back den. Baobao had not once asked me not to go to US, though I was juz there to play. How cld I bring myself to ask him to stay becoz of me when he is gg there to work?

I guess I can onli divert my attention by saving up conscientiously n pay Baobao a visit in the States. It wld be such an experience. I was thinking to myself juz now, picturing the day Baobao came back from the States. I wld be standing at the arrival hall stretching my neck, n when Baobao comes out of the gate he wld see me n smile, like how I had when he came to pick me up when I was back.

Its not dat big a deal actualli. Last year Baobao n I spent like 4 mths apart. This time round, its like 2 mths more. Besides, I wld haf work to keep me busy. Peak draws nearer each day. Before long I wld be working six days a week, den seven eventually. Time shd pass pretty fast. As long as I dun think too much dat iz. Heez.

Baobao, wanna you noe dat I support you. Take care of urself over there yea? I wld take care of myself in SG. I shall teach you a few simple dishes b4 u go over. Den u can cook for urself over there. Maybe I can cook for ya if I do get to pay u a visit?

Meanwhile, I do haf to remind u dat since u r gg for so long, there r lots of things to pack! I can oredi picture us running ard getting things done at the last min. Keke. Like we always do. N at dat time I wld be pinching ur fats yea. So there.

U promised to buy me Coaches! Haha. Actualli, all I want is dat u take good care of urself. =)

It took me a while to decide whether I want to publish this post anot. I m afraid dat this wld bring some more worries n hesitation to Baobao after he reads it. But what the heck, the point is to overcome this challenge tgt. The two of us. I haf had enuf of struggling wif my inner feelings. I wld juz write them out n see how things go den. The most impt thing is Baobao noes I support him.

ROU-MANTIC TRIP TO BANGKOK

(20 - 24 February 2008)

It was indeed a meaty trip, porky to be specific. For some reason, we kept eating pork. Haha.

Day 1

The trip began wif our flight delayed, with us realising it only when we were at the airport staring at the screen, wondering why the time shown was 2100 hrs instead of 1710 hrs. Baobao n I (Buidi's new nick) got into a conflict wif a man while we were in the line waiting for check-in. After a few rounds of mild crossfire, the man said to Baobao, "Are you trying to create trouble?" We replied, "If there was someone trying to create trouble, it wldnt be us." He dint speak after.

We finally boarded the plane a long time later.

Baobao caught red-handed! We were taking a photo n yet his eyes still wandered off to look at the air stewardess!!! *Pinch*

Landed at 2200 hrs plus local time I think. Took a cab to the hotel. Was sorta cheated by the cab driver cuz he promised to go by meter but he switched off the meter halfway. As it was rather late at nite, we were juz glad dat we managed to reach the hotel safely, since neither Baobao nor I knew the exact location of the hotel. Besides, it was the price we saw on the forum n oso one which my colleague said he got, so all was fine.

Checked into the hotel n went for supper. Ate at this stall which I read on the forum. I m not sure if its the one I read but the stall satisfied the two distinct features I remembered - there's English translation on the menu and, it was under a building.

Day 2

Day 2 was a crazy one. We walked n walked, climbed n climbed.

We started the day by walking to MBK. Changed some Thai baht and walked ard. Baobao bought three shorts.

Nearing lunch time, we took the train to Chitlom.

Had buffet at a Beijing restaurant in Hotel Intercontinental. Heez. Den we headed to Central Chidlom in the hope of getting some lingerie, but it turned out to be a fruitless trip.
As we came out of Central, we suddenly remembered dat we shd not haf left the building n shd haf gone straight to the train station through the linkway between the shopping centre n the station. Haha. So we went back into the shopping centre n searched for the linkway. When we finalli found it n went on it, we only walked for a few mins on the sheltered way leading to the train station b4 we realised dat we had to go down the stairs n walked by the road to get to where we wanted if we dint wan to take the train. Haha. Baobao n I had a big laugh. We felt so silly.

Walked over to Zen, Isetan, Big C, Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery Centre n checked out the Hard Rock Cafe too. Our last stop of the day was back at MBK. Had a quick dinner n a bowl of bird nest there b4 we headed back to the hotel.

Had foot massage at the parlour beside our hotel. Hees. Baobao fell asleep while doing the massage.

Day 3

We started Day 3 at MBK (again). We had Japanese food at Fuji Restaurant! Wow. The bento set Baobao ordered was overwhelming. The sashimi was sooooooo fresh! Dat was a realli realli good meal.

Headed to Platinum Mall thereafter n bought lots of stuff there. Heez. Had nice crepes there, as well as the Tom Yam Kung n Pad Thai which I had been craving for. Delicious meal!

After dinner we walked over to Siam again n shopped ard the area. Reached the hotel pretty early dat nite. We dint realli like staying in the hotel dat much becoz there were onli two channels we understood - Star Movies n ESPN. Of coz, Baobao enjoyed watching soccer on ESPN.

Day 4

Baobao n I had tummy upset earli in the morning n took turns gg to the washroom.

Despite the stomach upsets, we headed to Chatuchak Market nevertheless. Though I had to look for the washroom over there as well, I loved the place totally! Unlike Platinum Mall, I was able to get a good price even if I was buying onli one piece. I did most if not all of the bargaining becoz Baobao's bargaining power was not seasoned at all n the vendors dint realli gif in to guys it seemed. Baobao said they fell for my cuteness n gave me the discount. I was bargaining wif the vendor over Baobao's jeans n I wanted an additional 10 baht less. Haha. The vendor gave in. N yep, he was a guy. Haha.

Had the mini donuts at Chatuchak n they were realli yummy! Wasnt able to haf other food becoz we dint wan to take the risk of eating sth wrong again.

There were also lots of puppies at Chatuchak. Aint they adorable!

After Chatuchak, we went to MBK yet again to do some last min shopping over there. Baobao wanted to buy a backpack so dat we could store our victorious buys. Had teppanyaki for dinner n caught a movie after dat. Had my second bowl of bird nest too.

Day 5 (Last day)

Woke up earli to pack n had breakfast n checked out of the hotel. Left our luggage at the hotel n we headed for Platinum Mall. We ended up buying quite a few more things so we had to buy the "LV" bag to contain all the stuff we bought. Haha. It was a cute one wif Mickey Mouse prints on it.

We reached the airport too earli. Had Pad Thai n Tom Yam Kung again b4 boarding the plane. It was home sweet home two hours later.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable trip wif Baobao. Mani funni things happened.

1) We dashed for the wrong train n ended up at the wrong station.

2) We tried to avoid walking the long way/taking the stairs but ended up taking a longer route/climbing more stairs aniwae.

3) Baobao was ferociously looking for the shop "Naraya" as he had read off the forum dat there were lots of stuff to buy from there. We finally found the shop after assistance from two security guards from Central. Baobao kept singing a tune dat goes "Na-ra-ya". Haha. He was ecstatic when he found the shop. He pondered for a long time over which bag to buy for his mum n sis. Haha. I was not at all excited bout gg to Naraya but it turned out dat Baobao was the one who cldnt wait to get out of the shop. Keke. It was becoz I kept throwing him wif options of which bag to buy until he got realli confused. Each time he decided on sth, I gave him another option. Guys juz cant handle such things I suppose. Muahaha.

4) Baobao "scolded" me for not buying enuff, while I ticked him off for wanting to buy stuff he dint realli need.

5) I tot my manicure was done n so I stood up n asked Baobao to help me pay. Den suddenly there was a commotion. Heez. The gal helping me wif my manicure cldnt speak English so she dint noe how to tell me dat the manicure wasnt done yet. Therefore she had to shout to another gal nearby who knew English, n so the whole shop ended up knowing bout wat happened. Even the gal who had been doing my manicure smiled; she had been pulling a long face. She had a fierce look but looked really pretty when she smiled. Okie, so Baobao harped on it for the rest of the night.

6) I bought a tie n cufflinks for Baobao n out of a sudden it dawned on me Baobao did not buy me or offer to buy me anithing. He was busy thinking of what to buy for his two other favourites. Keke. So I "confronted" him n he had this realli sheepish look on his face. ^_^

7) I said to Baobao, "Baobao, we haf been spending almost 24 hrs together the past few days." It was meant to be sweet. A simple sweet smile would haf been good too. However, my silly Baobao innocently replied, "Yea. Is there an issue?" I almost wanted to kick him off the escalator. Baobao had a good laugh at himself when he realised his tootness. Tsk tsk.

Heez. Thanks Baobao for taking such great care of me in BKK. I realli feel veri loved. Look forward to the next trip wif ya. Muacks.

I started a blog n it made mi become a happier person. It was my own space where I write bout my feelings. When I got sick of letting my feelings in virtual space, I started longing to tell my feelings to an actual human being, one hu cld respond, empathise n understand.

Den one day sth hit mi so hard I started a diary. Those handwritten kind. In the middle of the nite I wld write, in my dimly lit room, afraid my parents wld wake up n find mi awake writing.

When I got hit, I realli felt I had no one. No space. No where dat belonged to me.

It just hurts me so much when I think to myself wat I haf done wrong. Its not the times when I can convince myself I m wrong dat hurt, it is those when I cant. The love I wish wld be showered on mi; maybe I shd haf realised a long time ago dat wldnt happen to mi. The truth is, I did realise it, n forced myself to come to terms wif it, but I guess I nv realli accepted it. Deep in my heart, I still long for dat love I once had. Or maybe I dint haf it b4 u noe, since obviously I was not right n shdnt haf done alot of things which I had.

So mani things. So mani times. Not once. Not once haf I heard a sincere apology.

Maybe things became better n I let things get above my head. Not dat I havnt learnt my lesson b4, its just sad dat I got to learn it again.
