Bac from NY. Highly anticipated trip turned out to be much more than disappointing. Unhappi things juz had to happen one after another.
1) Rained rite from the start of the journey. Dampened mood for sightseeing n shopping.
2) Disappointing trip to Woodbury. Came home onli wif a pair of jeans for Bui despite being prepared to use my debit card for some good buys. N it cost like USD39 juz to get to the place. *xin1 tong4*
3) Got into a conflict wif the receptionist at the hostel, had mi boiling for the nite. Dat woman actualli tol mi to put my attitude away after giving mi her attitude.
4) Dropped my camera for the first time, cammie suffered some scratches. Another heart pain.
5) Missed a step n fell. I hope my leg wun swell when I wake up tmr morn.
6) Had a stomachache n went to the washroom at McDonald's hoping for a relief. Was considerate enuf to let a few others go in first as I prob wld take a long time. By the time I got in the woman outside started knocking on the door b4 I even sat on the seat. Darn.
I haf to admit I felt kinda helpless after I fell down juz now. It was totalli not ideal to be injured in a place like US, where there iz no Chinese sinseh n even if there iz, itz not gg to be within walking distance.
Hated the feeling when I dropped my camera too. I had protected it so well. I put it bac into the pouch to get money for the Quickly pudding but dint zip the pouch. When I bent down to put the bags I was holding, my cam fell out of the pouch! Haiz. I had protected it so well there wasnt even a small scratch. Felt realli pissed wif myself.
Another thing, I m totalli penniless now n I m in debt! Maybe I cant use the word 'penniliess' cuz I do haf some pennies literalli but I gonna haf to eat grass until I cash my pay check for last wk! The feeling sux big time! Nth much I can do. Regretting not bringing more USD doesnt help. Having lots of SGD n NT doesnt help either. Urgh.
The trip was not dat all bad becoz at least we got to eat Krispy Kreme for the first time! Finalli we found it. N we had dim sum at Chinatown n I drank Quickly as well. Finalli got to taste my choc pudding again. Missed it so. N soya bean milk too! Shiok.

To Bui: Bui, I bought u a pair of Levi's jeans. I was realli disappointed by the trip to Woodbury cuz I tot I wld be able to get a lot of stuff there. At least maybe a pair of Levi's for myself too. But I ended up wif onli a pair of jeans for u. But I m glad too, cuz I haf always wanted to get a pair of Levi's jeans for u. I m veri xin1 tong4 bout the transport fee. Nvm, at least I haf been there. Felt so sian when I dropped my cammie n fell. Aniwae, thanx for the backpack u lent mi. Itz realli useful. So glad u tol mi to bring it. U jiayou at work. Take care.

Oh, n results r gg to be out. Haf tried so hard to not think bout it but the time has come to face reality. My heart feels like there iz a knot. Sigh.
